Who you are buying from

What you are buying
Most of what we sell is digital: PDFs, books, courses and community access. Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, either as a download link on the confirmation page or by email to the address on the order.
Coaching is time booked with Jay Dee and runs under the Coaching Agreement rather than this page.
Your licence
When you buy a digital product you get a personal licence to use it. Read it, print it, and use it with your spouse.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, post it publicly, or pass the file to people who haven’t bought it. This is a small business, and sharing the files around is the quickest way to make products like these stop existing.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe and PayPal, and we never see or store your full card number.
Your bank statement will show a short, discreet descriptor rather than a product name.
Refunds
Just ask. The full details are on the Refund Policy page.
Subscriptions
Monthly memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page.
Surveys and The Marriage Study
Many of our posts carry a short survey from The Marriage Study, which we also run. It is a separate service with its own terms, and the answers you give it are held there rather than here.
If you are signed in to uncoveringintimacy.com, the survey identifies you by your email address so your answers join the rest of yours. If you would rather not take part, just don’t answer. Nothing on this site depends on it.

Your account
Keep your login details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has got into your account.
