Refund Policy
Just ask.
If something you bought here isn’t working for you, email [email protected] and ask for a refund. You will get one. You don’t need to justify the decision or prove you didn’t use it.
We would rather you find something that actually helps your marriage than keep your money for something that didn’t.
One favour, not a condition
If you are willing to say what didn’t work, we would really like to hear it. Was it not what you expected? Too tame, too much, badly written, wrong season of life? That kind of answer is the only thing that makes the next version better.
Say as much or as little as you want, or nothing at all. It has no bearing on your refund, which you will get either way.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or quote your order number. That is the whole process.
Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, and usually land within a few business days.
Is there a time limit?
180 days, which is about six months.
That isn’t a number we picked to be difficult. It is how long Stripe and PayPal will send money back to the card or account you originally paid with. After that the payment system closes the door and we can’t return it the way it came.
If you’re outside that window, email anyway. We can’t promise a refund that far out, but we would still like to know what went wrong.
Downloads, books and courses
Covered by everything above. Just ask.
If the problem is that a file won’t download or won’t open, that isn’t a refund question, it’s a fix. Email us and we will get you a working copy.
Monthly membership
Cancel any time from your account page and you will not be billed again. Cancelling stops the next payment; it doesn’t claw back months you have already used.
If a renewal caught you off guard, email us and we will refund it.
Coaching
Coaching runs on its own terms, set out in the Coaching Agreement, because you are booking time rather than downloading a file.
The short version: you can cancel any time and it takes effect at the end of the four weeks you have already paid for, which is not refunded. Rescheduling is free with 24 hours notice. If Jay Dee ends the coaching, the unused part of the current four weeks is refunded.

Thinking about a chargeback?
Email us first. We will refund you faster than your bank will, and without the paperwork. There is no argument waiting for you here.
It matters on our end too. When a payment is disputed through the bank, we pay a chargeback fee on top of refunding you, and that fee stands whether or not the dispute is upheld. On a low-priced product the fee is larger than the sale itself, so a chargeback costs us the sale twice over plus the hours spent answering it.
A refund costs us the sale and nothing else. If you want your money back, asking is faster for you and cheaper for us.
